David Floyd

I am a native of Bartow County growing up in Taylorsville and Euharlee. My wife Ellen and I reside in Cartersville and are members of Cartersville First Baptist Church. I have one son, Alec Floyd. I am a graduate of Cass High School and Kennesaw State College with a degree in Economics and Finance. I have been involved in Real Estate since 1999 as an investor buying, selling and renting homes. I became a licensed realtor in early 2019 and also a State Registered Real Property Appraiser, License #396895, I also work at my family business Ladds Farm Supply since it began in 1975. I was raised to work hard and not to stop until the job is done and done right. As your realtor I will use the same work ethic.
